for what it's worth

Lately I have been stressing out about graduating from college and trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. (I'm sure many of you can relate.)
I ran across this quote and I think it is absolutely perfect. Just the thing I want to remember as I figure this whole "life" thing out.

"for what it's worth:
it's never too late or, in my case too early to be
whoever you want to be.
There's no time limit, stop whenever you want.
You can change or stay the same,
there are no rules to this thing.
We can make the best or the worst of it.
I hope you make the best of it.
And I hope you see things that startle you.
I hope you feel things you never felt before.
I hope you meet people with a different point of view.
I hope you live a life you're proud of.
And if you find you're not,
I hope you have the strength to start all over again."

To My Mother

Happy 50th birthday, Woman. You are the greatest mom of all time. I love you to the moon.

laugh for the day

I found this treasure in my inbox today at work:

Thanks Lauren.  You have been most helpful.  I would like to line you up with one of our good ward guys, but you probably have a guy already.

Have a great week.

Bishop Briem

What a guy. I'm glad someone's got my back.
